Children’s Missions:
At Grace Community Church, we introduce our youngest members to the rewards of outreach with dedicated mission projects throughout the year.  We also offer older children the opportunity to participate in a specially designed children’s mission trip, where they share God’s love with other kids.
Dedicated mission projects are  offered to  children during Lent, Advent, and Vacation Bible School each year.  During these times, weekly collections donated to Hope’s Promise Orphanage in Namibia, Africa.  Namibia
Our Summer Children’s Mission Trip is a highlight for children in grades 4-6.  Each summer, Grace Community Church sponsors a specially designed children's mission trip to Thornwell Home for Children in Clinton, SC.  Thornwell cares for children who can not live in their own homes with their own families.  While at Thornwell, our children work on the campus, meet the children who live there, and have devotions and Bible studies each day.  Thornwell

Kids of Compassion is an organization that collects and boxes up basic supplies for distribution to the homeless.  Kids of Compassion was started by student Amanda Denkler, and to date, has donated 100's of boxes to the needy.  Children may participate in this mission project by making monetary donations or donations of travel-sized personal hygiene products and non-perishable ready-to-eat food.  kidsofcompassion
